Our payroll administration and processing takes care of everything necessary in order to pay your employees correctly. For as little as £2 per person per week our service offers:

1. Processing starters and leavers.

2.Making all the necessary calculations and sending you payslips and / or payroll analysis reports.

3. Processing all types of calculations including; SSP, SMP, Holiday Pay, Working Families Tax Creidt, Student Loans and Stakeholder Pensions.

4. Advising you how much Income Tax and NI contributions to pay the inland revenue.

5. Taking care of the year end requirements such as P60's, P14's, etc.

6. Answering questions for you and your employees

7. Assisting with Inland Revenues PAYE enquiries.

8. Ongoing support and advice on all payroll matters.

Key Dates for Payroll Tax and NIC

As you are responsible for administering tax and NIC on behalf of the Inland Revenue. Be aware of the key deadlines...

Date	Deadline
19th of each month / quarter	Date by which PAYE and NICs should reach your accounts office
19th April 2003	Last date for any outstanding 2002-2003 PAYE and Class 1 NIC payments to reach your accounts office. Interest will be charged on payments received after this date
19th May 2003	Last date for your 2002-2003 forms P14s or substitutes and P35 to reach your Inland Revenue office. Penalties are chargeable on forms received after this date and automatically imposed on forms received after 25 May 2003
31st May 2003	Last date for giving a 2002-2003 form P60 to each employee who was working with you at 5 April 2003
6th July 2003	Last date for 2002-2003 forms P9D and P11D or substitutes to reach your Inland Revenue office Any returns of Class 1A NICs on form P11D(b) to reach the Inland Revenue office Giving a copy of the 2002-2003 form P9D, P11D or equivalent information to each relevant employee
19th July 2003	Last date for payment of any 2002-2003 Class 1A NICS to reach your Accounts Office
