A great deal of you will have an idea what a cashflow is, but will be unsure how to present the finished article to the lender. We at accounts4pubs have been preparing business reports on behalf of licensees since 1993, successfully obtaining funding.

For as little as £175 we can provide a bound, detailed "Budget and CashFlow" Report in an approved format that all lenders will understand.

• 1. Simply download our standard "Business Plan" pack and complete the pages in as much details as possible.
  

• 2. Once the form is completed, you can either scan the pages and email the forms to us OR alternatively post them to us.

• 3. We will transfer the figures that you provide to our own cashflow reporting package and prepare a draft report. Should we feel that the business is not viable or that further information is required we will contact you straight away to discuss any problems.

We aim to send your bound reports within 5 working days from receipt of the "Business Plan" Pack. However, we ask that you confirm this before hand or should the cashflow be more urgent we may be able to turn it around in less than 5 working days.

Our cashflow charges are £350 (from 1st October 2002). However, there is a 50% discount after 6 Months, if you become a client and pay your fees by monthly STO.
